Event Details

Dining with Diabetes is a cooking course for people with diabetes, those at risk for diabetes, and caregivers of those with diabetes.

Topics of each session include planning meals and snacks with deliciously healthy recipes, cooking demonstrations and food sampling, motivation and support, ideas for being more active, and an understanding of how diabetes affects your overall health.

Cost is $40/individual or $65/couple for the 4 week course. Payment due at time of registration. If paying by check is preferred, make check payable to: Trustees of Purdue University. It also needs to be mailed to Purdue University, 301 S. 2nd St. Lafayette, IN 47901. Please include name of event and registrant name.

Week 3: Fats & Sodium / Main Dishes 

Week 4: Putting it all together! / Side Dishes
