NetSmartz is an education program presented by CAPS of Elkhart County. NetSmartz aims to educate kids and their parents of the online risks and how best to prevent victimization by providing videos and activities to help them learn.
NetSmartz is the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children's online safety education program.
