Event Details

Celebrate National Library Week with us! We have different activities and services highlighted every day. 

Monday, April 7: Right to Read Day. Check out a book at any desk and pick out a small treat in honor of being able to read. 

Tuesday, April 8th: Library workers Day. Show appreciation to your NPL staff!  

Wednesday, April 9th: Library Outreach Day. Stop in to learn about the events and projects NPL participates in out in the community.

Thursday, April 10th: Friends of the Library Day. The Friends of the Library Children's & Teen Flash Sale begins! shop for kids/teen books, movies, and more April 10 - April 11 during library hours.

Friday, April 11th: Digital Database Day. Time for an Easter egg hunt! Eggs will be hidden around the library with questions related to NPL's databases tucked inside. Answer at a service desk to receive a prize!  

Every check out during this week earns an entry into prize basket drawing so be sure to stop by!
